Please choose your jewels carefully before purchasing, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have for any of the pieces prior to your purchase, or check our FAQs.
Special care is taken to pack and ship your piece so it arrives to you in excellent condition, however in the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, it may be repaired.
In this case please notify me by email within 2 days of receiving your piece, photos will need to be provided and you will be sent the information needed to make the return.
The return shipping is strictly at the customer's cost and the item(s) must be returned within 2 days of when the customer has received the item(s).
The item(s) must be in its original condition and original packaging.
The item(s) must not be intentionally mistreated, used or soiled, if so it may be sent back to the customer.
LUSH N LUXE do not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of the items being lost in the return shipping process and it is recommended returns are sent back with tracking and insurance.
